Wairau Hospital - Blenheim

With 15 men on site for the last 4 months and next year, attention to detail is required for this Hospital upgrade. Value $4.5 million

C1 Rendezvous Hotel

David Browne Contractors Ltd are contracted to complete the heating water and primary domestic water to the 23 story building, due for completion in August 2009. Value $1 million

Graham Condon Pool

Due to start in August and completion approx. 1 year away, we are proud to be nominated as a prefered Contractor by the Christchurch City Council for this new pool complex. After recently completing Jellie Park Pool, our team has the knowledge and expertise to deliver. Value $1.5 million

CIAL - Christchurch Airport

Gearing up for the world cup in 2011 we have been selected to install the Mechanical Services for the new airport. This project secures 3 years work for the company. Value $13 million
